the hotel location is realy great in the cbd. loved the entertainment with dstv. warm showers were amazin and i appreciated the kettle for tea. staff were friendly and helpful. comfy sleep! !

the meals were a bit pricey for what you get. had some noise from the bar on fridays which was annoying.

Request a room away from street noise for a quieter night’s rest. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The noise from the disco next door was unbearable at night, disrupting my sleep. It's not the best spot for a peaceful retreat.

Central location made it easy to explore Harare without needing a car. Room cleanliness was acceptable, though I noticed dust on the carpeting and surfaces which could be improved. The staff responded promptly to my requests, which I appreciated. Warm showers were reliable and the kettle for tea was a nice touch. I faced issues with the air conditioning, which only blew cold air despite reporting it. I had a chilly night. I also requested an extra towel but it never arrived. For the price, I expected more comfort. The noise from the street made it hard to fully relax at night. Finally, I encountered some trouble with the key card, which required multiple resets.

Super comfy bed and the warm water was just perfect! there's quite a lot of street noise that made it hard to sleep well. 😴

Bathroom floors are dangerously slippery!!! Elevator etiquette needs to be taught to staff!!! Overcrowding in public areas is a nuisance!!! Breakfast pricing is absurd for the region!!!

Comfortable Stay with Great Location and Convenience!

We had a pleasant night in a cozy twin room with excellent WiFi. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Nearby attractions like the National Museum were just a short walk away. There were great cafes for breakfast options. Highly recommend taking a taxi to find more dining spots!

The ambassador is perfectly located for exploring the city. our room was spacious and quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep. the staff were exceptionally kind and polite. we also loved the various recreational opportunities available.

a mild critique would be that some areas of the hotel could use a refresh.

My friends and I had a great time during our stay. The location was super handy for visiting nearby theme parks and outlet shopping. The meals were delicious, especially the traditional hot pot. Patience K at the restaurant was especially friendly and helpful.
